Barcelona have emerged as favorites to sign Matthijs de Ligt over the summer.
De Ligt has reportedly turned down an offer from Manchester United. Juventus also inquired about de Ligt, but were told that he is close to signing with Barcelona.
De Ligt would join Frenkie de Jong at their new club.
